Job Description
We are now recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Resource Coordinator to join our Resourcing team. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively organising and scheduling technical consultants’ diaries in order to effectively deliver our various projects.
This is a fast paced, ever-changing role and you will essentially be the glue that pulls the projects together. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, pro-active, a quick thinker, and personable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with key stakeholders to find the right resourcing solution for our customers and the company;
- Pro-actively manage Technical Consultant schedules to ensure utilisation is high and bench time is limited; Additionally, ensure that consultants are not overly utilised, recognising the importance of duty of care.
- Coordination and allocation of resources to projects according to projects plans, resource availability and skill set;
- Management of Jira project management tool and resourcing tickets;
- Escalate resource constraints or a skills shortfall to the Resourcing Manager;
- Assist with and maintain the skills matrix to ensure it is accurate at all times;
- Conduct and manage weekly Project Management resource meetings;
- Ensure new customers and projects are set up on all relevant systems;
- Ensure the correct Sales governance is followed and commercial coverage is in place;
- Assist with checking and approving timesheets for all Professional Services resources;
- Administration of approved annual leave;
- Assist with month end reporting, this will include but not limited to, ensuring all bookings are correctly entered onto the Resourcing system;
- Support other areas of the resourcing team, including other administration duties as and when required.
