A leading software provider is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation to drive the evolution of its hybrid infrastructure estate across on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud. This is a key leadership role that will drive the roadmap of this function, and have a direct impact and say in the overall business.
The Role
You will:
- Own and deliver the hybrid infrastructure strategy.
- Lead Cloud, Datacentre, Security, and IT Services teams.
- Modernise infrastructure through automation, observability, and high availability.
- Ensure stability, resilience, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee incident/change management and core infrastructure operations.
- Act as a senior technical voice in customer, auditor, and regulatory conversations.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership across hybrid on-prem/public cloud environments.
- Strong technical depth in virtualisation, networking, storage, and identity.
- Experience operating in regulated industries
- Knowledge of governance/security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership.
