The Opportunity

You will be working within a team of technical experts to support the design and manufacture of ceramic capacitors, for use in high reliability applications such as global automotive, aerospace and space industries. The role of the Process Engineer is to maintain and optimise existing processes, equipment, and operating procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and safety. The successful candidate will also design, trial and implement new processes and manage scale-up of products from development through to full scale production.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Honours Degree / Bachelor’s (minimum 2.2) in a relevant science or engineering related discipline. Relevant disciplines include, but are not exclusive to, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Manufacturing /Industrial Engineering, etc.
• Be able to deliver on your KPIs, strong project management and organizational skills and enjoy the challenge of problem solving and thinking outside the box.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
