Solicitor- Real Estate (Residential Conveyancing)

Hunter Savage is partnering with this leading law firm to recruit a Solicitor to work in their residential conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity to focus specifically on high end residential conveyancing within a highly regarded team.

Our client has been growing their Belfast office over the last few years and there is a strong growth plan moving forward. They are a top firm with an excellent brand and client base and so can offer the opportunity to get exposure to really high quality work within a supportive environment. They offer hybrid working and a very generous salary for the NI market.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to provide a high-quality conveyancing services to high net worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, family businesses and corporate professionals on private property transactions.

The Person

Ideally you will meet the following criteria

– Qualified Solicitor – Ideally you will be a minimum of 3 years PQE

– show drive, commitment and self-motivation

– show discretion and professionalism

– strong interpersonal skills and confident manner with the ability to relate to people at all levels

– ability to work effectively under pressure
