Survey & Planning Auditor
My client is an established organisation based in Belfast, who specialise in a bespoke range of kitchen units. They are currently seeking a Survey & Planning Auditor to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working hours: Working hours include evenings and weekend work, working 5 days out of 7.
Rota is a rolling 4 weeks, shifts include 9am-6.30pm and 10am-7.30pm. Two weekends included in a rolling four weekends.
With a salary of £28,250 per annum up to £8,000 in annual bonus.
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge of kitchen design and installation techniques
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- High attention to detail
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed plan checks for orders and highlight any potential installation or product issues that could impact the installation process and lessen the customer experience
- Review all orders prior to checking to ensure accurate measurements documented and arrange appointment for measurements to be taken if there are discrepancies
- Provide feedback to designers following a plan check, addressing errors identified
- Audit compliance documentation uploaded from the showroom to ensure standards are being met
- Coaching and developing the design team by reviewing orders with them to highlight areas of improvement
- Visit customers property to complete home surveys and highlight any potential installation or access issues that could lessen the customer experience
- Support error reduction by managing weekly reports highlighting potential future issues
- Maintain company provided van and surveying equipment to required standard
