Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
- at least 1 year’s experience in this role or similar
- outstanding customer service
- well organised
- passionate, enthusiastic and motivated
- basic level of computer literacy
Desirable criteria:
- 2+ years experience within this role or similar
- previous knowledge and experience of the motor trade industry
Description:
Duties includes:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Running the office, including managing the diary/booking in work
- Dealing with all customer enquiries, raising quotations and liaising with customers for additional work
- Liaising with the workshop staff & suppliers.
- Processing payments and managing the petty cash
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- Willingness to travel and cover other centres if and when required
- Other duties as requested
