Look no further, our client are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team in the heart of Belfast.
About the Role: You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our clients residential portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that clients receive the very best of service.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Handle maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination
- Carry out regular property inspections and reporting
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins/outs, and deposit returns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation
- Support smooth move-ins and move-outs, keeping everyone informed throughout
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property management (1-2 years preferred, but not essential if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland rental legislation (or a willingness to learn)
- Full driving licence and access to a car
