Your new role
As a Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management reporting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking to support business performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations, providing insights that influence decision-making and help shape future strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
- Development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support.
- Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance.
- Continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.
- Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with KPI development and performance reporting.
- Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
