This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional to lead sourcing strategy, optimise supplier performance, and deliver real value.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Build and manage supplier relationships to maximise performance and mitigate risk.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process improvement.
- Use procurement tools (e.g. Nav, Qliksense) for data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and corporate governance standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar.
- 4+ years’ experience in procurement or category management.
- Proven negotiation, supplier management, and cost-optimisation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using procurement or data tools.
- CIPS qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
