Forklift and Warehouse Operative
Locations: Belfast, UK
Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (2pm – 10pm)
Our client, a leading logistics company, are seeking a Forklift and Warehouse Operative to join the team. The Operative will be responsible for operating a counter-balance forklift in a warehouse environment and supporting the warehousing and distribution team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials around the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Valid certification to operate a counterbalance forklift
- Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
