Job Summary

The Head of Digital Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts and contributing to the company’s overall strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and vision.
  • Lead and manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee data-driven decision-making processes by analysing and interpreting complex datasets, customer insights, and market trends to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and cost-effective digital campaigns.
  • Foster a compelling and consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure effective management and allocation of the digital marketing budget to maximise ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Leverage commercial expertise to identify revenue opportunities and enhance profitability through effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of leading and executing successful campaigns.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in leveraging data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and optimising profitability.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
