We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a busy public sector team based in Limavady. This is a part-time temporary position, working 18.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) for an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to start immediately and will be paid £12.31 per hour.
Key Duties:
- Provide high-quality clerical and administrative support within a busy office environment
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Deal with telephone and email queries in a professional manner
- Support colleagues and management with general office tasks as required
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs (Grade AC) including English Language and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 1 years experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
