Location: Magherafelt | Permanent |Night Shift Sunday to Tuesday (3 nights)
Join Northern Irelands leading artisan bakery! Genesis Bakery is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to keep our production lines running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with modern equipment and a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, servicing, and repairs on bakery machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
- Support 24-hour operations with flexibility and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and flexibility for night shifts.
Desirable:
- Experience in food production or FMCG.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, automation, and mechanical maintenance.
- Understanding of industrial health & safety standards.
Shift Pattern
Sunday to Tuesday Nightshift
Flexibility required for business needs.
