Grounds Maintenance / External Cleaning Operative – Belfast + Greater Belfast (Company Van)

CLIENT

VANRATH are recruiting a Grounds Maintenance / External Cleaning Operative for a growing FM provider within the Belfast area. This is a field-based position, working across customer sites in Belfast and Greater Belfast (typically within 30-40 mins radius). A company van is provided.

The Ideal Person

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Previous experience in cleaning, grounds or labouring desirable (not essential)
* Reliable, good work ethic, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

As Grounds Maintenance / External Cleaning Operative, you will:

* Carry out external cleaning and general upkeep of customer sites
* Litter picking, waste removal and signage cleaning
* Complete minor external maintenance and tidy-up tasks
* Ensure all works are delivered safely and professionally

Remuneration

£12.21 – £13.00 per hour + company van + company pension + wellbeing programme + free parking
Full-time and part-time options available.
