Job Summary

The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Trust Home Care Project Team to assist with the roll-out of the CareLineLive digital system within Home Care services. The role involves supporting project activities, maintaining accurate records, liaising with staff and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the project.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the Project Team.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with data entry, updating spreadsheets, and generating reports using Microsoft Office applications.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries relating to the project.
  • Liaise effectively with staff across Home Care services and other departments.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.

Operational Support

  • Assist with coordination of staff rotas and availability.
  • Support the implementation of the CareLineLive system through accurate data management and administrative follow-up.
  • Undertake any other duties as required to ensure smooth project delivery.

Essential Criteria

  • 4 GCSEs (Grades AC) including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualificationand one years experience in a clerical/administrative role;

OR
Two years experience in a clerical/administrative role.

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel (or equivalent).
  • Available to work between 7am 5pm on a rota basis.
  • Hold a full current UK driving licence and have access to a car on appointment.
  • Enhanced AccessNI check (with both barred lists).

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working within a Health and Social Care or public sector environment.
  • Knowledge of Home Care services or similar community-based programmes.
  • Familiarity with digital systems implementation or data management projects.
