Hours: 35 per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Records Operator t to support a key project involving the review and management of archived files. This role will focus on auditing and recording file management data stored with our offsite storage provider, ensuring compliance with records management policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a project that involves handling approximately 1,750 boxes of archived files.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery and collection of file boxes from the storage company, ensuring compliance with health & safety and manual handling guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of file movements using the icompli records management system and spreadsheets, providing a complete audit trail.

Ensure compliance with records lifecycle and disposal procedures in line with business policies.

Support reception duties on an ad hoc basis.

Communicate effectively with Workplace & Legal Support Managers and team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
