Solicitor – Property (Residential & Commercial)
Location: Maghera / Coleraine (Hybrid & Flexible)

We are delighted to be partnering with Mallon & Co Solicitors, a long-established and highly respected legal practice with offices in Maghera and Coleraine, to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial).

The Opportunity
Due to the departure of a long-standing team member, this is a key appointment for the firm.
You’ll take on an established caseload and enjoy real autonomy, variety, and flexibility, while working in a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment.
You will:
• Lead on residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Handle commercial/corporate transactions
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Have optional exposure to wills, probate, EPAs, or litigation, depending on your experience and interests
About You
You’re a qualified NI Solicitor with 4+ years PQE, strong experience in residential conveyancing, and exposure to commercial property work.
You’ll also be:
• A confident self-starter who can manage your own caseload
• Detail-oriented and commercially aware
• Approachable, empathetic, and people-focused
• A team player who values collaboration over ego
