GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MWS Equipment, part of McCloskey International Limited is a world leader in the design and
manufacture of innovative wet processing equipment used in the construction, recycling, landscaping
& aggregate industries.
The role of Sales Support Administrator is to support the Sales Team in the onboarding and
maintenance of the Dealer Network as well as to manage and administer the order processing,
financing and machine delivery for Washing Product Orders.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Administers and create Customer Quotes, Transport Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Order
Acknowledgements, Works Orders, etc.
Receives information to prepare an order and has a clear understanding of production processes in
order to provide accurate confirmed orders.
Communicate order changes and updates to all internal parties (CSR Team, Transport, Operations,
Management).
Fully understand Internal Sales processes and Transport roles, to be able to provide cover in each
discipline (CSR / Transport)
Operate ERP System (Epicor).
Ensures final file documentation meets all company audit and compliance requirements prior to
hand off to the Transport / Finance Department. Resolves any discrepancies.
Presents a professional work ethic & image as determined by the Company at all times, internally
and externally.
Maintaining excellent communication within company departments especially the Sales Team.
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes
Manages and creates sales order reports.
Work in conjunction with the Market area teams to train & develop the MWS distribution network
in order for them to deliver best in class service.
Support partners & distributors with complex application enquiries, ensuring all parties have the
correct information to secure profitable business
Achieve set performance KPIs & sales targets as agreed yearly
Build meaningful relationships with internal teams & the global distribution network
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful applicant will be educated to degree standard or equivalent in sales & Marketing or have
relevant experience of over 2 years
Strong commercial background with experience in dealing with complex sales cycles of
Wet processing equipment.
Outstanding communication required with excellent written and verbal presentation
skills.
Proven attention to detail and a strong team player with proven experience of working
collaboratively with a range of departments.
Ability & willingness to travel extensively across a global footprint
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and flow charts
Must be proficient in MS Office (including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem solving and time management skills required.
Self-motivated and organized.
Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Full driving license & passport required for this position along with clean criminal record
