The ideal person will have / be:

Essential:
At least two years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
Professional telephone manner.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A passion for excellence in customer service.

Desirable:
Previous experience operating a busy switchboard.
Experience of working in the motor trade.
