About The Role

RAC are recruiting for Outbound Sales & Service Executives to join our energetic team in our office in The Victoria, Salford Quays.

This role is working Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm, No Weekends! – Bank Holidays off!

As an Outbound Sales Executive you will work with new small to medium business (SME) customers to try and understand their requirements and advise them of the most suitable breakdown products we could offer them to fulfil their needs. You will also be maintaining and growing relationships we have with existing customers.

We have a guaranteed Base Salary of £26,736 with an OTE up to £33,000!

What you’ll do…

  • Deliver exceptional service to our members through up-to-date regulatory compliance and knowledge ensuring we have the member at the heart of everything we do

Effectively engage with businesses who are thinking of joining, renewing, or leaving us, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving
Following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities and maintaining a good level of conversation rate
Utilise data and CRM/database to record accurate details about clients and prospect data
Ledger management, using specialised tools to identify businesses with outstanding debt, offering alternative payment methods whilst successfully collecting invoices that are overdue to support business targets

What you’ll need…

  • Experience in sales and customer service inbound/outbound

Work well towards KPIs under pressure
Outgoing and self motivated
Empathetic and able to build rapport with new and existing SME customers
Preferably be used to an account management approach to drive pipeline lead generation
