Due to continued growth we wish to recruit part-time Trade Counter Sales People to join our Bangor Branch, working Saturdays. We are looking for someone who will maximise sales, build good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.
Your key responsibilities for Counter Sales will include:
- Dealing with all retail and trade sales enquiries
- Identifying and assisting customers with product selection
- Cash handling and the operation of a computerised stock system
- A commitment to high standards of customer service
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Experience of working on a trade counter or customer facing role
- Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- Knowledge or a keen interest in building materials, hardware and timber
