Job Overview

As the sole Greiner Packaging site serving the UK and Ireland, the Dungannon facility occupies a vital role in the companys regional presence. The Marketing & Communication Executive will lead the design and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that elevate the sites market profile, strengthen the Greiner Packaging brand, and attract high-calibretalent. Within the organisation, this role will champion communication efforts to foster engagement, maintain alignment, and build a dynamic community across the site.

Your profile Essential Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing, brand management, or internal communications.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation capabilities.
Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics. Preferred
Experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Skills & Abilities
Innovative thinker with a talent for compelling storytelling.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, and CMS tools.
Deeply passionate about culture, communication, and driving meaningful impact. Our Offer

  • 20 hours per week (open to discussions on fleixbility over a Mon – Fri period and hybrid working arrangements)
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata to 20 hours = £20,000 per annum)
