We are seeking a Food Service Night Shift Manager to oversee the performance of 3 teams of Night Assemblers. The role is focused on ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, assembled, and dispatched on time while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 10:00pm 6:30am
- Alternate Fridays: 10:00pm 6:30am

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a food production or warehousing environment.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads (self and others).
- Able to work independently and on own initiative.
- Professional, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of employee management in a similar environment.
