Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Week 1 & (Day Shift)
- Week 3 & (Evening Shift)
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: £12.81/hour ( paid weekly)
- Evening Shift: Enhanced shift allowance
- Overtime: Available at premium rates
Reed Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading manufacturing client in Larne to recruit Production Operatives for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a well-established company offering excellent pay, benefits, and long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and follow manufacturing procedures for finished goods.
- Complete batch documentation accurately and legibly in line with GMP standards.
- Ensure timely and correct completion of logbooks and batch reconciliation.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and report any deviations or breaches to management.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow PPE regulations and maintain protective clothing and equipment.
- Report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Perform duties under supervision and escalate major issues to the team leader.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by the team leader.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Comfortable working under supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to health & safety and GMP compliance.
