Location: Northern Ireland (field-based)
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + £15,000 OTE + Company Car

In this role, you’ll represent a high-quality, trusted product range that is widely specified and installed across the construction and professional trade sectors. You’ll inherit a well-established customer base with strong existing relationships, but the real opportunity is to grow that network and deepen engagement through service, insight and strategic partnership.
This is not a transactional sales role. It’s a relationship-driven, consultative position where the focus is on delivering real value to trade distribution partners and building long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with trade distribution partners across Northern Ireland
  • Working closely with branch managers, regional buyers and decision-makers to understand their priorities and deliver solutions
  • Building business plans and sales strategies that drive revenue and market share
  • Using CRM and structured account planning to maximise opportunities and monitor performance
  • Acting as a consultative partner to customers, helping them grow their own sales and profitability

What We’re Looking For

  • Field-based account management experience (ideally in B2B, trade, construction or manufacturing environments)
  • Organised, structured and professional approach to territory planning and customer engagement
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create long-term partnerships
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to deliver value beyond price
  • A service-focused, consultative sales style with the ambition to develop and progress
