The Opportunity

Lead the finance function (team of 4) in a multi-million-pound manufacturing business.

Partner with the General Manager to shape strategy, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.

Become a member of the site leadership team.

Manager or Senior Manager level from Accountancy Practices are encouraged to apply!

You Will:

• Lead & mentor a team of 4 finance professionals
• Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasting & variance analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
• Drive business improvements through data insights
• Oversee working capital, machine costing & Capex strategy
• Partner on commercial decision-making and growth plans

You will bring:

• Degree + 4 years pqe ACA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Proven finance leadership experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Advanced Excel & ERP skills
• Strong commercial acumen & strategic mindset
• Excellent communicator & relationship builder
