About the role
We are seeking a Health Care Worker to join our enthusiastic team at the Wannon Hostels.
The role will assist residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and to provide daily care using a person-centred approach in accordance to the resident’s individual care plans. The successful candidate will contribute to harmonious relationships within the team and work positively to achieve resident and team goals.
Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.
You will bring:
- Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support
- Advanced communication skills
- High levels of energy

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
