Job Summary

Business Operations Analyst – Elevate Programme for early careers talent (18 months)
Location: Belfast, 3 days/week onsite
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Fixed term, with strong potential for permanent conversion at 12-18m

The Opportunity
Join the Elevate Programme and launch your career in business operations within a major professional services environment. Over 18 months, you will receive structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience across multiple operational streams. You will work alongside experienced professionals, take on meaningful responsibility, and build skills that enable progression into senior, specialist or operational leadership roles.

Your Role
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support:

  • Client Onboarding & Risk Management: Performing due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) research to identify risks for clients
  • Process Improvement: Analysing and redesigning business processes to improve productivity, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing best practices.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends, create dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Working with internal and external teams, such as client engagement teams and other departments, to ensure goal alignment and support strategic planning.
  • Contract Support: Assisting in the creation of initial drafts for client engagement contracts.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to recent graduates, early-career candidates or professionals looking for a new challenge. You should bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to process
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset; ability to investigate root causes and propose solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, adapt to change
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days onsite in Belfast city centre, and travel occasionally if required
