Job Title: Administrator (Travel & Accommodation)

Reports to: Logistics Manager

Location: Toomebridge

Hours: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to help with day-to-day office tasks, with a focus on booking travel and accommodation for our team. You’ll make sure all arrangements run smoothly, are cost-effective, and meet company needs.

Main Duties

  • Book travel for staff, including flights, trains, and car hire.
  • Arrange hotel and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors.
  • Keep clear records of bookings, costs, and travel details.
  • Work with travel agents and suppliers to get the best prices and service.
  • Handle travel and accommodation invoices and make sure they’re processed correctly.
  • Help with general office administration when needed (such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, or updating records).
  • Be the main contact for staff needing travel or accommodation support.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, and online booking systems.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Friendly, helpful attitude and able to work well with others.
  • Previous admin experience is essential, travel booking experience is very helpful but not essential.
