An excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to join a growing manufacturing company based in Newry. This role will see you take the lead in coordinating fabrication projects from design through to delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the production process.

The Role
- Manage fabrication projects from concept to completion
- Oversee material ordering, scheduling, and workflow planning
- Liaise directly with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Collaborate with design and production teams on product development and improvement
- Create and modify 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Implement continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across production
The Person
- Previous experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, cutting, bending, and assembly
- Proficient in 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Ability to manage schedules, materials, and team coordination effectively
