Permanent Transport Planner required for Dundrod
Salary: £29,000 £31,000 DOE + Company Bonus
About the Role
My client is seeking an organised and proactive Transport Planner to join their team in Dundrod. This role involves coordinating vehicle collections and deliveries across Northern Ireland, ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations. The successful candidate will also handle payment organisation, including cash transactions, and maintain accurate records within our internal CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate vehicle collections across Northern Ireland
- Liaise with drivers, customers, to ensure timely collections
- Organise and process payments, including cash handling
- Update and maintain information on the internal CRM system
- Monitor vehicle movements and respond to operational changes or delays
- Provide an excellent customer service and resolve any transport-related queries
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in transport planning, logistics, or fleet coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable and professional with excellent attention to detail
- Access to a car due to client location
