MCS Group are looking for a Financial Accountant to join a construction company based in Belfast.
The Company:
Our client is a construction company based in the Belfast area and have multiple sites across Northern Ireland and the UK. They are the market leader within the sector – now is a great time to join their Belfast finance function as they look at add a Financial Accountant for their growing team.

The Role:
As the successful Financial Accountant you will report directly to the Finance Manager to Report:
- Prepare financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversight of the AP, AR, Payroll and management accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure a smooth monthly cycle.
- Utilising various ERP systems, primarily Xero.
The Person:
The successful Financial Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
- Previous experience in Financial Accountant/Reporting role;
- Relevant industry experience;
- Strong communication skills.
