Contract: Permanent Full-time (hours to be confirmed)
Salary:£25,000 – £35,000
Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a flair for interior design and home improvement sales?
Mahon Bathrooms is expanding our showroom team in Enniskillen, and were looking for a proactive and motivated individual to help our customers create their dream bathrooms and interiors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted, family-run business with a reputation for quality, service, and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in our bathroom showroom, providing expert product advice and design inspiration.
- Proactively drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations.
- Process orders for bathroom products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist with stock movement and display maintenance to ensure the showroom is always presentable and fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming working environment for both customers and staff.
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous sales experience (retail, showroom, or customer service) preferred.
- A strong interest or passion for interior design, home improvement, or bathroom products.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to meet customer and business needs.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with invoicing or accounting software (training provided).
- Experience in bathroom, tiling, flooring, or radiator sales is advantageous but not essential full product training will be provided.
