We are hiring for our client, a respected organisation with their Headquarters based in North Belfast, who are seeking a Finance Administrator to support the finance team with accounting, administration, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience looking to work within a structured, value-driven organisation.

The Role
- Maintain and update computerised accounts using a bespoke management accounting package
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records
- Prepare and issue invoices, handle payments, and reconcile accounts
- Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Controller with year-end financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Support the administration of corporate protection and group pension schemes
- Maintain client data and accounts, ensuring accuracy across the internal system
- Coordinate internal and external communications for payments and invoicing
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve any discrepancies
- Adhere to compliance standards and ensure confidentiality in all financial matters
The Person – What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years experience within a Finance Admin position
- Experience using financial software packages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards
