The Role
We are seeking a Travel & Logistics Coordinator to support the mobilisation and accommodation of our European workforce. You’ll manage travel bookings, housing arrangements, and day-to-day logistics for operatives working across multiple countries.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, balancing multiple tasks while ensuring our people are supported on site and on the move.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for site operatives across Ireland and Europe.
- Source, negotiate, and manage rental agreements with landlords and suppliers.
- Book flights, track mobilisations/demobilisations, and maintain accurate movement logs.
- Liaise daily with landlords, operatives, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Oversee credit card expenditure, payment approvals, and expense reporting.
- Maintain trackers for accommodation, vehicles, and spend data.
- Support weekend mobilisation on a rota basis.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within Centum’s internal systems and app.
About You
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and travel coordination principles.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 tools.
