Typical OTE examples:

Year 1: £55,000 £70,000 OTE
Year 2: £70,000 £90,000 OTE
Year 3: £90,000 £120,000+ OTE

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, youll take ownership of a high potential or brand new market to build. Youll play a key role in driving business growth, mentoring junior consultants, and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing your own specialist desk within NI, ROI or USA

• Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships through outstanding service delivery

• Proactively sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier finance professionals

• Leading by example – supporting and coaching junior consultants where needed

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation

• Consistently achieving and exceeding personal and team targets

About You

Youre an experienced recruiter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves being rewarded for your results. Youre confident, ambitious, and have the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
