The Job Summary:
Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team, taking responsibility for day-to-day Warranty administration duties.
The Role:
- To ensure all costs are collated and actioned in a prompt and efficient manner
- To ensure all relevant board reports are produced monthly
- To ensure Supplier warranty data is collated and shared
- To ensure mobile service engineers timesheets are processed weekly and any queries are handled in an efficient manner to ensure prompt resolution
- Arrange flights, hotels, car hire etc required within Parts & Service travel needs
- To update and maintain the fleet list with vehicles entering/exiting standard and extended warranty periods
- Reconcile warranty parts cost of sales
- Run weekly defect reports
- Invoice retail/chargeable repair work
The Requirements:
- 5 x GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths to grade C or above.
- Minimum 1 year’s office experience working in an administrative capacity
- Experience of collating costs
- Experience in processing timesheets
Experience of MS Office / Excel
