The Role

We are seeking two proactive Quality Assurance Technicians to support our expanding QA team. This is a hands-on, factory-based role where youll play a key part in maintaining high food safety and product standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily process checks (metal detection, weights, packaging & labelling, flavour checks)
• Complete pre-start hygiene checks, including ATP and allergen testing
• Organize and manage shelf-life samples and related testing
• Conduct raw material intake assessments
• Collect product samples for lab testing
• Ensure products meet all customer specifications and company standards
• Follow strict SOPs, HACCP, and BRC requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience in the food industry (preferred)
• HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 3 certifications
• Strong understanding of food safety systems and industry standards
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
