Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Buyer to contribute to the Ballymoney team.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will work alone and as part of a team to meet production targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Purchasing administration; raising POs, management of Basware, MRP system
• Open order book management
• Development and maintenance of supplier relationships
• Maintenance of site budget tracker
• Control room meeting attendance
• Maintenance of shortages tracker
• Any other reasonable duties or requests

Experience Level & Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience ideally within a manufacturing company
• Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, specifically excel
• Have a business studies or related discipline qualification (or studying towards)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident in their approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working with numbers, specifically financial information
• Confident working on their own initiative
