Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Textile Recycling Centre
Location: Randalstown
Temp to Perm Opportunity after 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team at a busy textile recycling centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in sorting, processing, and preparing recycled textiles for reuse and distribution.
Main Duties:
- Sorting and grading textiles according to quality and type
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
