? Job Title: Community Engagement Officer

At Inspire, we believe in wellbeing, ability and recovery. As a Community Engagement Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Insight, Engagement and Innovation team, helping amplify the voices of those we support and bringing our community engagement strategy to life across the island of Ireland.

About the Role
You’ll support service user involvement and volunteer engagement across Inspire services by:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with people who use our services and our wider communities
- Supporting and empowering people with lived experience to get involved and share their views
- Helping coordinate regular meetings, communications, events and volunteer activity
- Capturing impact data (quantitative and qualitative) and sharing best practices across the organisation
- Organising creative, inclusive community events and supporting our Insight & Engagement team
What You’ll Bring
- A third-level qualification (or equivalent), or 5 years’ relevant experience in social care, community development or a similar field
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent inclusive communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals with a range of communication styles and capacities
- Strong organisational skills, creativity and initiative
- Proven experience supporting and empowering people using co-production and relationship-building approaches
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (Business Insurance required)
