Payroll Specialist, Coleraine, Up to £31k
We are working alongside a successful practice that are on the lookout for their new payroll specialist.
What you will be doing:
- Processing of end-to-end multi-frequency payrolls, including RTI Submissions
- Calculating all aspects of payroll processing including, and not limited to, SSP and SMP, attachment of earnings, benefits in-kind, one-off payments, employee loans etc
- Processing leaver payments and providing P45s
- Assisting with arranging payments including BACS submissions
- Providing clients with all relevant payroll documentation and customised reports where necessary
- Preparation and submission of year end reports, P60s
- Preparation and submission of P11Ds
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with Sage payroll or similar payroll packages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
