The ideal person will have/be:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service environment is essential.
- Switchboard experience would be beneficial.
- Barista experience would be beneficial
- A good level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft packages.
- Good presentation skills i.e., well presented application form.
- Be a confident, well presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence
