Role Overview:
This role will lead and support heating-related projects across our housing association contracts and our private customer database. The role involves hands-on operational tasks including servicing and response maintenance of the heating systems as well as providing support to other engineers, conducting post-inspections and ensuring all works meet regulatory and quality standards.

Monday Friday
7.30am 5.00pm
Flexibility is required
Participation in an on-call rota

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
Provide advice and guidance to engineers
-Complete compliance checks
-Resolve complaints and issues with tenants as they arise
-Carry out technical inspections
-Complete quality control checks
-Complete response/servicing jobs when issued
-Attend ongoing problem dwellings to resolve issues as quickly as possible
-Build and maintain relationships with the client on site
The role is not limited to this job description and the post holder will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management. Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required.
Essential Criteria
Must be Gas Qualified
Must be a fully qualified or time served plumber
Minimum of 2 years Experience working in heating response maintenance
Must hold a valid driving licence
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a supervisory role
