Residential Support Workersrequired to work alongside our client the South Eastern Trust, these posts are based in Children and Young People residential homes in Dunmurry.
This position requires the successful candidate to have previous experience supporting children and young people with complex needs including challenging behaviour. This role also requires the staff member to have the ability to build strong relationships whilst maintaining boundaries with the children / young people.
This is a temporary full time position for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension. Hourly rate is £12.31 £20.80 depending on shift worked
What we need from you
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents with learning disabilities is essential
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI check
