The business is now looking for an experiencedsales managerto drive commercial growth across Europe and North America. Youll take ownership of the full sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, to building strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment and is motivated by both commercial and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract close.
- Build and grow relationships with customers and partners within thewireless, IoT and hardwaresectors.
- Maintain a healthysales pipelineand ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to shape proposals and technical solutions.
- Attend and represent the company atindustry trade shows and conferences, occasionally presenting to audiences.
- Negotiate agreements with OEMs, distributors, and solution partners.
- Contribute to go-to-market and channel strategies, helping to scale global sales operations.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience intechnology or hardware sales, ideally withinRF, wireless connectivity, IoT, or semiconductor components.
- Strong understanding of wireless standards such asBluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, or cellular technologies.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex B2B deal cycles.
- Experience selling intoOEMs, ODMs, distributors, or SoC/module vendorsis highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client and partner meetings.
