– THE ROLE –

Working within the Systems & Analytics Team in People & Culture, the post holder will be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of all modules of Access People XD (the HR and Payroll System).

– ABOUT YOU –

– Good standard of numeracy and literacy as evidenced by qualifications at GCSE level or equivalent and/or relevant experience.

– Within an HR/Payroll environment, substantial experience in the implementation of HR/Recruitment/Payroll & Pensions Systems and processes using HR & Payroll Systems.

– Experience of gathering end-user requirements from a variety of users and translating this into a Systems Solution, providing full end-user training on this implementation, including tailored guides and videos.
