Sales Manager, Belfast
£45,000 to £55,000 plus bonus (c£10k)
We are working with a leading importer and supplier of timber products for the construction industry to recruit for their new Sales Manager.
Primarily based at their Belfast offices, you will be leading and guiding their external sales team across;
- Oversee sales proactivity, develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Build customer relationships and ensure targets and revenue goals are achieved
- Managing, coaching, and motivating the hybrid sales team while analysing sales data, identify key market intelligence to enhance performance

What we are looking for&
- Experienced within a similar role at Sales Manager level of similar
- Knowledge & experience of selling into the construction / trade markets
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Confident communication skills
