Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £24,000-£30,000 DOE
Location:Newry
Employment Type: Full Time (12months contract with the possibility of extension)
Hours: Monday- Friday (Early finish Friday)
The Role:
We are recruiting for a leading, award-winning manufacturing and exporting company in Newry, looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. You will be supporting the external sales team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and process sales orders accurately
- Maintain and update despatch schedules and prepare paperwork for dispatch
- Liaise across departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication
- Coordinate transportation and deliveries, including sourcing quotes
What Youll Need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with sales order processing systems
