We are hiring for our client, a successful and growing business within the Built Environment sector, who are seeking to appoint a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and support small-scale projects across Northern Ireland, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and programme delivery.

The Role
- Work with senior management, commercial and design teams to plan projects effectively
- Co-ordinate and support Site Managers across multiple projects
- Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice
- Liaise with subcontractors, chair performance meetings, and oversee programme reviews
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction at handover
- Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure snag-free completion
The Person
- Experienced in Project / Contract Management.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator with ability to adapt to change
- IT proficient, ideally with Microsoft Project experience
- Relevant CSR/CSCS card
