We are hiring for our client, a successful and growing business within the Built Environment sector, who are seeking to appoint a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and support small-scale projects across Northern Ireland, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and programme delivery.

The Role

  • Work with senior management, commercial and design teams to plan projects effectively
  • Co-ordinate and support Site Managers across multiple projects
  • Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice
  • Liaise with subcontractors, chair performance meetings, and oversee programme reviews
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction at handover
  • Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure snag-free completion

The Person

  • Experienced in Project / Contract Management.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator with ability to adapt to change
  • IT proficient, ideally with Microsoft Project experience
  • Relevant CSR/CSCS card
